If you have recently won a prize from us, keep an eye out for an email from [email protected] with the paperwork you will need to fill out. If you have any questions about the tickets you won, you can email our receptionist, Nicole, at [email protected].
Once you have completed the paperwork we will send you the prize or contact you with instructions on how to receive it. It may take some time before we send you the tickets as we don’t always have them in-house until a week or two before each show.
The station is open from 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Our offices are closed on weekends and all major holidays. Please note that we close early on the last business day before a major holiday.
Please bring a valid photo ID when picking up prizing from the station.
