John Mellencamp Announces Live Album

John Mellencamp is releasing the live album to go along with his upcoming documentary The Good Samaritan Tour 2000.

The trailer is available now but the film and album won’t be out until August 27th.

The documentary, which is narrated by Matthew McConaughey, chronicles Mellencamp’s 2020 trek when he performed for free in public parks across the country.

“The Good Samaritan Tour 2000” will also be streamed on Turner Classic Movie’s YouTube channel and Mellencamp will be a guest programmer on the network in September.
