Chrissie Hynde of Pretenders has a announced a new duets album with a stacked list of collaborators.
Duets Special, out on October 17th via Rhino, was revealed as Hynde’s next album with the release of the album’s lead single; a cover of “Always on My Mind” featuring Rufus Wainwright.
Other notable artists on the album include Debbie Harry of Blondie, the late Mark Lanegan (Screaming Trees/Queens of the Stone Age/ Gutter Twins), Cat Power, Lucinda Williams, Dave Gahan of Depeche Mode, Brandon Flowers of the Killers, Shirley Manson of Garbage, Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys and more.
