THE BEATLES – RUBBER SOUL EXPANDED REISSUE
The Beatles were a band for a little over 7 years and they only toured for the first 4. Rubber Soul was the album that road the line of Beatlemania and John, Paul, George, and Ringo realizing that they could just hide in the studio and have fun and still sell a million records.
For the Expanded Reissue (I believe we’re at 7 reissues at this point), Giles Martin and Sam Okell have gone back to the original four-track tapes, using the same demixing technology developed by Peter Jackson‘s team to create a new stereo mix that finally gives these songs some room to breathe.
Plus, they’ve added the original mono mix, the American version of the album, session recordings, home demos, and even a previously unheard John Lennon song outline called “Little Girl.”

ELVIS COSTELLO – MAY AIM IS TRUE (49TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION)
Elvis Costello never likes to be unoriginal, so he’s putting out a 49th Anniversary Edition (take that Fleetwood Mac) of his debut album, My Aim Is True. It’s a deep collection with early bedroom recordings, the sessions with members of Clover that produced the original album, and eventually the arrival of The Attractions. It’s a deep dive with 104 track and 52 previously unreleased demos, outtakes, live performances, and assorted pieces of Costello history.

DRINK THE SEA – DRINK THE SEA III
Peter Buck of R.E.M., Barrett Martin of Screaming Trees and Mad Season, and Alain Johannes of Eleven and Queens of the Stone Age (along with Duke Garwood and percussionist Lisette Garcia) got together in 2024 and released a couple of albums as, Drink the Sea.
They must have enjoyed themselves, because their third album arrives remarkably quickly after the band’s first two records, with 12 new songs recorded while the group was touring between late 2025 and spring 2026. Each song is wildly different, sounding very much like some artists meeting up and having a little fun together, and influenced by recording in Chile, Brazil, and Olympia, Washington.

JOHNNY MARR – THE AGE OF EVERYTHING
The Age of Everything, is Johnny Marr‘s way of describing life in 2026. His fifth solo album takes on that sensation of having too much constantly coming at us: technology, information, noise and the nagging feeling that we’re supposed to somehow process all of it. Marr doesn’t see that entirely as doom, though. He’s interested in whether all that overwhelming possibility might contain something hopeful too. Oh, and he still wants to rock his way through all of it.
