Foo Fighters will release their 12th album, Your Favorite Toy, on April 24th.
The 10-song album, 40 minute album does not contain last July’s single “Today’s Song,” but does include “Asking for a Friend” (October 2025) as the closing track. “Asking for a Friend” went to #1 on Billboard’s US Mainstream Rock charts.
The title track The band has released the title track as a new single, and you can check out the lyric video for it on YouTube.
Regarding the album’s title track (and new single) Dave Grohl said in a statement:
“’Your Favorite Toy’ really was the key that unlocked the tone and energetic direction of the new album. We stumbled upon it after experimenting with different sounds and dynamics for over a year, and the day it took shape I knew that we had to follow its lead. It was the fuse to the powder keg of songs we wound up recording for this record. It feels new.”
