THE BAND – THE BEST OF THE BAND (REMASTERED VINYL REISSUE)
The Band called it quits with a bang with a giant goodbye show (featuring Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, and Neil Young to name a few guests) on Thanksgiving, 1976. If you haven’t seen The Last Waltz, one of the best concert films out there (directed by Martin Scorsese), this is a close second for celebrating a bedrock of Americana. Bringing the sounds back to the warmth and crackle of vinyl feels like the right way to listen to 11 of the best songs from the roots rock band.

BLUR – THE GREAT ESCAPE (VINYL REISSUE)
Britpop is having a moment as the next generation discovers Oasis, The Verve, Pulp, and Blur. Blur was always on the experimental side of rock and The Great Escape was a theatrical and full of sarcastic sharp wit. The reissue has B-sides and rarities (some on vinyl for the first time) along with the full album.
PINK FLOYD – WISH YOU WERE HERE 50 (DELUXE BOX SET)
Putting out a 5-song album is pretty bold, but Pink Floyd‘s Wish You Were Here was all about quality, not quantity. And the 50th Anniversary Deluxe Edition of the album doubles down on that idea with fan specific add-ons like: Mike Millard’s legendary LA bootleg, studio demos/rarities, a restored 1974 Wembley set, hardcover book, comic, and concert poster.

T. REX – THE STUDIO ALBUMS: 1970-1977
Mysterious and glammy, T. Rex are my kind of rockstars. Marc Bolan‘s project comes together for a full ride of the glitter and leather experimentation from 1970-’77 with restored original artwork. Eight albums pressed on half and half vinyl, it’s a great collection of glam’s golden age.
