Two thuggish teens rob a 9-year-old girl of $13.  They were caught on a sureveillance camera watching the young girl inside the store, then followed her outside where they stole her wallet and took off.  Hours after posting the video on social networks and youtube, the parents of the two teens turned their kids in.  Restores a tiny bit of our faith in parenting.
